ORGANIC BEER: We produce certified organic craft beers using exclusively North American grown malts, raw grains, & hops to keep our beer truly local and free of chemical pesticides.
Light, Fruity, or Tart
GOLDEN OAT/BEST BUDDY - golden ale brewed with oats for smooth mouthfeel, + floral hop character. 4.7% abv, 25 ibu, 6.50
CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander. 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
BLUEBERRY - golden ale brewed with blueberry and il-grown oats. 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
DREAMIN’ OF A CURE - cream ale with orange & vanilla brewed in collaboration with our favorite breakthru beverage sales rep! a portion of proceeds go to support the gateway ms society. 4.48% abv, 15 ibu, 6.50
RIVER ROAD RADLER - crushable american-style wheat beer brewed with grapefruit 4% abv, 15 ibu, 6.50
Hoppy, a little or a lot
ORIGINAL PIXEL - mosaic dry-hopped ipa. super fruity, citrusy and a bit sweet. 6% ABV, 35 IBU, 6.50
UP RIVER IPA - juicy ipa brewed with illinois-grown oats and tropical hops. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
GUAVA UP RIVER IPA - our classic juicy ipa - now with guava! super tropical aroma and fruity hop profile. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50, CANS ONLY
ROBERT’S RYE - brewed to celebrate alton’s own robert wadlow. citrusy, piney ipa brewed with illinois-grown rye. 6.5% abv, 60 ibu, 6.50
Amber or Darker
IRISH RED ALE - an easy drinking red ale with caramel and biscuit notes and a roasty dry finish. 5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
CHARLIE BO BARLEY - hoppy black lager with notes of bitter chocolate and orange pith. 6.4% abv, 45 ibu, 6.50
PORTER - our take on the english classic is nutty, roasty, chocolatey, and smooth. 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
VANILLA PORTER - our perfectly roasty robust porter, now with vanilla! 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50, CANS ONLY
TIRAMISU - imperial brown ale brewed with rum barrel aged coffee, vanilla, and chocolate. 7.5% abv, 30 ibu, 7.00
8TH ANNIVERSARY - bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with cherry and chocolate 8% abv, 35 ibu, 8.00
BURNT OAK - smoked brown ale aged in stumpy’s spirits bourbon barrels. 6% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50, CANS ONLY
