ORGANIC BEER: We produce certified organic craft beers using exclusively North American grown malts, raw grains, & hops to keep our beer truly local and free of chemical pesticides.

LIGHT & CLEAN

EZPZ helles-style lager brewed in collaboration with pizzeoli - crisp, clean, and a little bit lemony 4.7% ABV, 20 IBU, 6.68

KERNZA MAIBOCK full-bodied lager with deep grain flavor and a smooth, rounded finish 6.5% ABV, 30 IBU, 6.68

FRUITY OR TART

CITRUS WHEAT brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.68

CITRUS WHEAT LIME same as above, but now with lime! 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.68

BLUEBERRY golden ale brewed with blueberry and il-grown oats 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.68

OH YEAH tart wheat beer with tropical punch 4% ABV, 20 IBU, 6.68

EZPZ LEMON SQUEEZY light, lemony shandy brewed as a cheerful offshoot of our year-round lager 3% abv, 20 ibu, 6.68

UP RIVER IPA (CANS ONLY) juicy ipa brewed with illinois-grown oats and fruit-forward hops 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.68

ROBERT’S RYE dank and citrusy ipa with a bit of spicy rye balance 6.5% ABV, 60 IBU, 6.68

ROSEMARY IPA rosemary-spiced ipa with strong malty balance 5.7% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.68

AMBER OR DARKER

EAGLE BEER north american amber lager brewed with canadian wild rice 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.68

OKTOBERFEST german-style amber lager features a ton of aromatic malt for a crisp, grainy beer perfect for changing seasons! 5.7% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.68
