ORGANIC BEER: We produce certified organic craft beers using exclusively North American grown malts, raw grains, & hops to keep our beer truly local and free of chemical pesticides.
LIGHT & CLEAN
BLUFF CITY LAGER - a classic american lager, light and crisp to keep you cool this summer! 4% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
SUPER PILS - hoppy pilsner with a grainy malt backbone balanced by bright floral and citrus notes! 5.5% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
GOLDEN OAT — light colored ale brewed with illinois-grown flaked oats to encourage a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. light and crisp with soft floral and fruity notes. 4.7% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.50
FRUITY OR TART
CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander. 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
RUBY RED CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and a generous addition of ruby red grapefruit! 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
BLUEBERRY - golden ale brewed with blueberry and il-grown oats. 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
DREAMIN’ FOR A CURE - cream ale brewed with orange and vanilla, benefits gateway ms society. 4.7% abv, 25 ibu, 6.50

EARTHTONES IPA - citrusy west coast ipa brewed with kernza 5.6% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
UP RIVER IPA - juicy ipa brewed with illinois-grown oats and fruit-forward hops. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
GENTLE GIANT - double ipa brewed in honor of robert wadlow. featuring dank, resiny, and piney hop flavors against considerable malt balance. 8.11% abv, 65 ibu, 7.00
AMBER OR DARKER
IRISH RED ALE - malty red ale with notes of caramel and toffee with a roasty, dry finish. 5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
OKTOBERFEST - our oktoberfest lager is brewed with lots of aromatic bready, biscuity malts and fermented to a crisp, clean finish. 5.7% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.50
CARROT CAKE BROWN ALE - super malty brown ale brewed with theodora farms carrots, warming spices, and vanilla. 6% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.50
PORTER - our take on the classic robust porter - dark, chocolatey, nutty, delicious 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
SPOOKY SCARY - halloween candy-inspired imperial stout with peanut butter and chocolate. 9% abv, 20 ibu, 7.00
